Whilst each relationship is different, our interactive MentorMatch site enables you to connect with colleagues across the organisation. With over 700 active users of MentorMatch located across 50 countries, anyone can become a mentor or mentee, and develop skills and contacts.
Emerging Potential Programme
Investment in our people is central to our future success and growth. The Emerging Potential Programme is there to help develop our top talent into future leaders. Run at the Imperial Brands group level and facilitated by Harvard Management, the annual online programme identifies talented individuals and supports them in the transition to leadership roles. The 6-month programme is run through a series of online webinars and focuses on developing the skills and behaviour necessary to become a future business leader.
