We understand the importance of mental health and wellbeing, so have created a Wellness programme that offers a range of monthly initiatives and activities to help people cope with the pressures of modern life.
With the added stress of Covid in 2020, we’ve restructured the programme to allow online engagement and also extended the programme to offer life coaching sessions across a range of topics with a different theme each month. The online sessions offer support and engagement for employees. The theme for each month is decided via an employee survey to determine the most relevant topic and ensure the sessions meets the needs of our people. Below are a few examples of the types of sessions we hold:
Mental health awareness
We used the opportunity of national mental health awareness month to engage with employees about mental health issues. The session enabled people to speak freely around their personal concerns and also provided tips and strategies on mental health management.
Working from home
Due to Covid-19 most employees have been worked from home for many months. It’s a new challenge for most people, and some are finding it a struggle. So, we organized a life coach session focused on working from home with tips on how to stay productive and how to turn off from work.
The last year has been difficult for everyone, so we held a session focused on ways to increase personal resilience, how to change your mindset and how to view things from a different perspective.
