In addition to our buddy system, initial induction and onboarding lunches, our global Induction portal is designed to help you feel at home quickly and answer all those ‘first day’ questions. This online platform enables you to get settled at your own pace and understand our business strategy, culture and company values. It will also help you develop your industry knowledge about vaping and learn all about the blu brand to help build your organisational understanding and commercial awareness so you can thrive in your new role.
